The Venice Electric Light Bike Parade Grows to rides including more than 250 participants. The Electric Light Bike Parade has been a Venice tradition since 2015, and it's open to everyone. You may have seen them bicyclers go by while shopping on Abbot Kinney, or people with bike lights filling up the streets having a drink on Main Street. Once a week, on Sunday evening at sunset, a stream of bikes with lights, their riders and the sounds of music roll through the neighborhood. The leader, Marcus Gladney, 48, plans it all out each week to make the best free and safe experience he can for everyone who joins.
